Milkyway Services accepts credit card and Paypal payments (although we reserve the right to decline payment in any of these forms without notice). We retain the right, without limitation, to withdraw any payment methods at any time and to change their rates without prior notice. A cancellation fee may be assessed if the client cancels the service before it is completed. The cost will be calculated based on the quantity of work accomplished at the time of cancellation. Non-payment of the cancellation fee or overdue amount will necessitate legal action.
A project is divided into phases, and work on the following phase will begin only if the initial phase's payments have been received in full. Upon completion of the service, the website or mobile app will be uploaded to the customer area of the server for approval. Following client approval, the website will be posted to the target server, where it will remain. Milkyway Services retains the right to postpone the launch of your website or mobile app until full payment is received. All developed code and materials will be sent following project completion and sign-offs. After the final fees are paid, the client will own the code.
Cancellation Policy reserve the right to charge you a cancellation fee if you cancel the service before its completion. The cancellation amount will be equal to the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation. A failure to pay the cancellation fee will result in legal action upon necessity.
